Abstract
- The management of trans-sphincteric anal fistula (TAF) includes several surgical options; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the access to the operating rooms was severely limited, leaving only the choice of minimally invasive procedures. This study aimed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the slow cutting seton technique for TAF performed in an outpatient setting during the COVID-19 pandemic.
