Abstract
- •The Glasgow prognostic score (GPS) is a potent prognostic tool in malignancy.•In RRMM undergoing CAR-T, high-risk GPS had increased risk of grade 3 CRS and ICANS.•There was significant difference in day-100 OS between high-risk versus low-risk GPS.•GPS remained significant in multivariable models for day-100 overall survival.•GPS is a simple, powerful tool for identifying patients at higher risk from CART.
