Analysis of baseline circulating tumor cells integrated with PET/CT findings in transplant-ineligible multiple myeloma

•Incorporation of baseline CTCs, with TLG level in the PET/CT-based volumetric assessment, enhances the stratification of patients with TIE-MM.•Compared with only R-ISS, our combined model improved the predictive performance as it allocated patients in the R-ISS II category.
