Abstract: At 3 and 6 mo of apalutamide treatment, patients with nonmetastatic and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer from SPARTAN and TITAN, who responded with a deep prostate-specific antigen decline, had prolonged time to worsening of health-related quality of life.
