Abstract
- Patients with IDH mutations are common in adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), with selective IDH inhibitors (IDHi) being recommended, but they do not always respond. We evaluated the proteome of IDH mutant AML patients to identify prognostic signatures and therapeutic targets.
