Abstract

•This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of M. tuberculosismutations associated with INH and RIF resistance.•The overall resistance to INH and RIF was about 17.2% and 7.3%, respectively.•The S315T in KatG, C-15 T in InhA, and S531L in RpoB were the most prevalent mutations.
