Abstract

Supplemental Digital Content is Available in the Text.Multimodal imaging demonstrates an uncommon finding of bacillary layer detachment in eyes with Type 2 macular neovascularization. Intravitreal antivascular endothelial growth factor treatment results in rapid resolution of this optical coherence tomography finding, restoration of outer retinal photoreceptor layers, and visual improvement in most eyes.
