Abstract: •A rapid molecular test that can be used to screen for Sars-CoV-2 in samples from healthcare workers.•High sensitivity demonstrated for samples with cycle threshold values ranging from 17 to 37.•High positive correlation 96.7% and 100% negative correlation compared to RT-PCR.
