Abstract

Sublingual Vaccines In article number 2102508by Mariana Landin and co‐workers, an optimized hydrogel is developed using artificial intelligence for sublingual delivery of the Chlamydia subunit vaccine CTH522, following parenteral immunization with this vaccine included in CAF01 liposomes. This strategy promotes Th1&Th17 immune responses and elicits a local IgA response in the genital tract. Cover made by Leticia Goimil García.
