In the version of this article originally published, in the “Theoretical framework of subclonal selection” section of the main text, ref. 11 instead of ref. 19 should have been cited at the end of the phrase “Our previously presented frequentist approach to detect subclonal selection from bulk sequencing data involves an R2test statistic.” The error has been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
