Abstract

Illustration of liquid crystal graphene oxide‐gold nanorods (LCGO‐AuNR) film used as interface for electrical and near‐infrared (NIR) co‐stimulation of neurons. In article number 1801321, Simon E. Moulton and co‐workers develop an LCGO‐AuNR nanocomposite film with promising electroactivity and photoactivity in the NIR. Good biocompatibility with neuronal cell line is also shown.
