Abstract
- This study evaluates whether bosentan (endothelin ET receptor antagonist) or preconditioning (mechanism that inhibits the postischemic ET release) could reduce the microvascular disorders and the injurious effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) associated with hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (I/R).
