Abstract
- Although a technical progress in MRI system has elevated a detection rate of unruptured intracranial cerebral aneurysms (uANs) in the elderly as well as in youth, the management of those in the elderly remain controversial because a surgical indication is based on the balance between its rupture rate and surgical risk. Here we have clarified a change of uANs on MR Angiography, with which evaluated a difference between younger and older patients.
