Abstract
- •Escherichia coliresistance incidence was highest for ampicillin, trimethoprim and cefazolin.•Multidrug- and extensively drug-resistant E. coliUTIs were detected.•No pandrug-resistant E. coliUTI was detected.•Risk of single-drug resistance was high in samples from after-hours general practices.
