Abstract: Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is characterized by robustly larger volumes of cortical and subcortical structures most apparent within the hippocampi, amygdalae, cerebellar white matter, occipital cortices, and thalami; these NF1-associated morphologic changes may in part be age dependent.
