Abstract

Right ventricular arrhythmias are associated with an unusual group of clinical disorders. These include UhTs anomaly; right ventricular dysplasia; ventricular tachycardia arising from the right ventricular outflow tract in otherwise normal ventricles, that is, repetitive monomorphic ventricular tachycardia and nonischemic, exercise-induced ventricular tachycardia; repaired congenital disease of the right ventricle, particularly tetralogy of Fallot; and right ventricular ischemia. The clinical features, mechanisms of these right ventricular arrhythmias, and their current management are discussed.
