Abstract

Recently, various kinds of learning models have been built and discussed in different fields. It seems that they are categolized into two major groups by concept of learning. Models in one group share a common concept of learning which mainly focuses on learning process of human beings, and those in the other group employ a concept of learning so as to be useful for practical systems control. This study aims to build a learning model combining the above two concepts to deal with social decision process, which can be regarded as learning process among different interests groups. The decision system of social enviorenments functions as a control system for the social system, therefore we must look at the social decision system as a control system. The authors firstly integrate the two concepts into a new concept, and build an adaptive learning model. Secondly, we make a simulation experiment applying the model.
