Modelling of Drug Kinetics at Nonlinear Metabolic Elimination: Another Approach

Nonlinear models of drug kinetics are considered at enzymatic elimination. New method of mathematical description of the concentration variations of drug/free, bound and total/in the course of time are proposed. Examples of verification of this method are reported. Evidence is given that the conventional method of simulation of concentration variations can be improved.
