Abstract: Research, development and semi-industrial implementation of Model-Incorporating Multi-Mode Controller MIMC on a pilot distillation column is described as a case study for future industrial implementation in water treatment processes of hydrolyzing stripping column to be controlled by integrated Honeywell TDC 3000 process control system, OMRON Fuzzy Interface Technology and Hewlett Packard 9000 Series computer installed at the control room of urea production.
