A Case of Primary JC Polyomavirus Infection–Associated Nephropathy

In a pediatric kidney transplant recipient, retrospective serology studies indicate primary JC polyomavirus infection that remained undetected by the current screening recommendations for BK polyomavirus and progressed to polyomavirus‐associated nephropathy.
