Abstract
- In a study of subjects who took two tetracycline congeners or a placebo for one week and were then exposed to sunlight, abnormal reactions to sun occurred in 12 of 13 subjects who took demeclocycline, 1 of 14 who took methacycline hydrochloride, and 1 of 16 who took the placebo.
