Abstract

Ag5Te2Cl1‐xBrx(x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6), Ag5Te2‐ySyCl (y = 0.1, 0.3), and Ag5Te2‐zSezCl (z = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) are synthesized from stoichiometric mixtures of Ag, S, Se, Te, AgCl, and AgBr (1173 K, 3 h) and characterized by powder XRD, and thermoelectric measurements.
