Abstract

Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) is a major regulator of adrenocorticotropic hormone and the production of glucocorticoids by the adrenal gland. Abnormal regulation of CRH and endogenous glucocorticoids has been implicated in the pathogenesis of asthma.
