Abstract
- The uptake, incorporation and distribution of tritiated thymidine and uridine into visceral organs of immature female and male rats was studied. Radioautographs of various organs were prepared 5, 15 and 30 min after intraperitoneal administration. The distribution of the radioactivity was compared with sections obtained 30 min after intravenous injection of the same amount of nucleotides.
