Further Labdane Diterpenoids Isolated from Leonurus persicus<SUP>1</SUP><BBR RID="np9700782b00001">

Seven new labdane diterpenoids, leopersin G−L (<BO>1</BO>−<BO>4, </BO><BO>6</BO>−<BO>7</BO>) and 15-epi-leopersin J (<BO>5</BO>), and two known ones, 13-hydroxyballonigrinolide (<BO>8</BO>) and ballotenol (<BO>9</BO>), were isolated from the aerial parts of Leonurus persicus along with β-sitosterol and stigmasterol. The structure determinations were mainly based on 1D and 2D NMR spectra. The stereochemical configuration of ballotenol (<BO>9</BO>) was reestablished by 2D ROESY spectroscopy and by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
