Abstract
- No change in survival of two Chinese hamster cell lines was found when any of the following inhibitors were added in various concentrations to the culture medium after exposure to ultra-violet light: acriflavine, caffeine, theophylline, chloramphenicol, cycloheximide, actinomycin D and hydroxyurea. Acridine orange, puromycin and reduced temperature were tested with one of the cell-lines and were without effect.
