Abstract
- The article discusses an urban and commercial renovation project in Marseille, France led by the French urban investment company Frey. The project, called Ode à la mer, is a shopping center planned to encompass 50,000 square meters of commercial space, 21,000 square meters of outdoor activities, and 16,000 square meters of athletic recreation space, and has a budget of 200 million euros.
