Abstract
- The article focuses on the historic climate-change agreement between the U.S. and China which concerns the carbon pollution control in 15 to 20 years. It mentions that China has agreed to cut the growth of its carbon emissions around 2030 while the U.S. agreed to emit between 26 to 28 percent by 2025. Moreover, China has detailed its plan to shift toward natural gas and renewable energy.
