Thermal insulation with no to the cold thermal bridge.

The article reports on research on the use of a 3D textile as thermal insulation in metallised surfaces for spacer fabrics as of 2014. Topics discussed include the increase of thermal resistance through incorporation of metallised yarns into spacer textiles, and the lightweight and breathability of 3D warp-knitted textiles which open design options.
