Abstract
- The article presents a speech by the author who is executive director of the Ontario Hostelry Institute, Toronto, Ontario and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree by the University of Guelph, delivered at the commencement day, held on June 2014. Topics of the speech included the art of hospitality, challenges in the hospitality industry, and the passing of American author and poet Maya Angelou.
