Abstract
- The article discusses the training and development program of shipbuilding firm Seaspan as of October 2014. Topics covered include the firm's involvement in constructing non-combat ships for Canada under the country's National Shipbuilding Procurement Strategy (NSPS), and Seaspan's efforts to promote advancement in learning and development across the areas of marine and ship repair in line with the workforce strategy of the British Columbia (B.C.) Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Board.
