Abstract

The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate the association between apolipoprotein Ee4, dementia and age and to investigate the determinants of successful cognitive aging. Researchers evaluated 98 people who were at least 65 years old. They found that the association between the apolipoprotein and dementia declined with age.
