Case Studies: "Designer".

The article present case studies of problems witnessed during washing high value garments and analyses their fault, cause, responsibility and rectification. Topics include shrinking of leather trousers, peeling away of the Polyurethane (PU) coating, and visibility of frayed yarns on wool jackets. It is also stated that designer clothes are problematic in cleaning. INSET: Results that disappoint.
