Abstract
- The article presents information on data illustrating the population increase and expansion the Red-flanked Bluetail breeding in Finland over the past 40 years. The first Red-flanked Bluetail was recorded in the country on July 4, 1949. The population began to increase by 1987. It has been assumed that in winter the bird migrate mainly to southeast China, Korea and Taiwan.
