Abstract: The article presents a study which investigates the pharmacokinetic features of sulfamonomethoxine (SMM) and ciprofloxacin (CIP). It states that CIP and SMM concentration have been determined using high-performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) detection method. The study also used data acquisition system (DAS) for concentration-time data assessment.
