Graduates in Portugal: a typification of professional transition profiles.

The article analyzes the professional situations of higher education degree holders in Portugal, five years after their graduation. Topics discussed include an examination of the relationship between the Portuguese educational system and the labor market, characteristics of graduates' professional transition, and the finding that majority of graduates perform professional activities that are adequate to their educational level, with adequate earnings, work hours, and employment contracts.
