Abstract

In this paper, we investigate controllability property of the linear time-invariant systems of the form x = Ax(t) + Bu(t) with fuzzy initial condition x(t<subscript>0</subscript>) in (E¹)n and control u(t) ∊ (E¹)m, where A, B, are n × n, n × m real matrices, respectively, t<subscript>0</subscript> ≥ 0, and (E¹)n denotes the set of all n-dimensional vectors of fuzzy numbers on R. We establish sufficient conditions for the controllability of such systems. Examples are given to substantiate the results obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
