HATE INCIDENTS AS RECALLED: THE ENDURING PRESENCE OF THE PAST WITHIN THE PRESENT.

The article focuses on the issues arise in relation to witnesses and victims of hate crime and response of criminal justice system (CJS) to a perceived deterioration in a witness's memory.
