Alfonso X en Cádiz. Visión constitucional de un monarca del Medievo (II).

This article discusses the influence of Medieval Spanish monarch Alfonso X in the development and adoption of legislation and laws in the Cadiz Cortes and the Spanish Constitution during the 18th and early 19th centuries. The author comments on the political aspects as well as the influence of Medieval laws on the actions of the Cadiz Cortes and the laws of the Spanish Constitution. An analysis is also provided for the debate between continuity and reform of the laws influenced by the Medieval era.
