Abstract
- Reports that Franklin Pierce Law Center in Corcord, New Hampshire and Saint Anselm College in Manchester have joined with the state's Youth Development Center. YDC's goal of teaching adjudicated delinquents how to resolve conflicts non-violently; Effectiveness of the program in decreasing the need for staff intervention in resident conflicts.
