Abstract

The article discusses the U.S District Court for the District of Minnesota case Edeh v. Equifax Information Services LLC, in which cardholder brought action against credit reporting agency alleging it did not conduct a reasonable investigation into his claim. Topics discussed include the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), District Court judge Susan Richard Nelson's opinion on withdrawal of defendant's admissions and an appeal of a magistrate judge's order on a nondispositive issue.
