Abstract
- The article offers information regarding the launch of a successful leadership training by the American Council of the Blind's (ACB) Leadership Task Force, in conjunction with the ACB conference and convention in the U.S. The Inaugural Leadership Conference focuses on several aspects of leadership responsibilities as well as provides a cohesive and meaningful conference experience. An overview of the "Profile of a Leader: An Interactive Day of Skills Improvement" training is provided.
