Psychological Detachment from Work during Off-job Time: Predictive Role of Work and Non-work Factors in Japanese Employees.

The article offers information on a study to examine the relation between psychological detachment and its potential work- and non-work-related antecedents in employees in Japan while focusing on job demands, job control and workplace support.
