Social Anti-corruption Mechanism and Its Interface with National Mechanism in the "We Media" Age.

The new characteristics of the crimes of corruption gives rise to a dilemma for the traditional state-oriented anti-corruption criminal policy. It is therefore a must to adjust the ideal systems of anti-corruption. There are two mechanisms of anti-corruption, national and social. In recent time, the development of "We Media" takes great effect on anti-corruption. That is, the social anti-corruption mechanism makes over part of the responsibility and makes progress, but its limit is obvious. It is then reasonable that the kinds of mechanism are complementary from the perspective of operation and characteristic.
