Abstract
- The article discusses Singapore's re-employment laws for older people, often referencing the 2005 Global Ageing Survey (GLAS). The article provides charts regarding the employment of older Singaporeans, including their perceptions of retirement age. An overview of employers' attitudes on employing older workers is provided. Efforts to train older workers in Singapore, including the government's role in this regard, are discussed.
