Abstract
- The article presents a study which examines the genetic variation of avian nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus (NIBV) isolated in Shaanxi province, China. The study amplifies, clones, and sequences S1, M, and N genes of four isolates to determine the variation of IBV. Results show that the mutated epidemic IBV strains in the province is considered the leading cause of immunization failure.
