Presentation of case study Sectoral Operational Programme - Increase of Economic Competitiveness (SOP-IEC), in the context of proposals formulation for streamlining the system of non-reimbursable European funds absorption, comes to give a very practical nature of the implementation methodology of specific Knowledge Management toolkit. As the data collected by the Authority shall contribute to the elaboration of analysis, the link between theoretical and actual plan becomes very close, and upon created models it could intervene in the future workflows, in such a way that system's bottlenecks to be removed and collaborative climate for aligning the requirements for funding with the real needs of beneficiaries, is contributing decisively to the increasing performance in the field of funds absorption allocated for Romania.
