OVERVIEW OF THE CURRENT SITUATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF CHINESE SPACE LEGISLATION.

The article discusses the situation of the existing Chinese space legislation and methods for its improvement. Topics discussed include the organization and management of the Chinese space activities, distribution of the legislative power related to space activities in China along with uncertainty and ambiguity resulted from the multidepartment administration.
