Abstract
- The article explains the function of calbindin-D28K in managing Parkinson's disease using estrogen. The study was performed on mice, who were applied with 17 Beta estradiol vaccination into their lateral ventricles, where the progression of the drug was monitored through immunofluorescence double staining. Results revealed that calbindin-D28K expression was improved by estrogen, enhancing swimming and hanging capabilities of mice struck by Parkinson's disease.
