This article discusses the implementation of a psychosocial risk management system within a business or organization. The authors comment on the importance of such a plan in the maintenance of industrial health and safety, including improving employee motivation and moral, as well as reducing or preventing workplace accidents. A psychosocial risk assessment program is also explored.
